I chosen this model because of the slim .5"" all-around bezel; Samsung 3D HDTV surely affects your viewing experience (the slimmer the bezel, the better). I absolutely would give the tv stars if Samsung 3D HDTV wasn't for simple flaw: Samsung 3D HDTV does not come with the Amazon Instant Video widget. I prefer to make use of AIV over Vudu or any of the other included streaming services. I read somewhere on a forum that apparently some models, depending on their manufacturing date, do come with the AIV widget. I contacted Samsung and they informed me that AIV was not compatible with my particular model. It is fundamentally another gimmick by tech companies to force you to buy higher-end models. You'd think that paying $1,100 for a tv would get you a simple MAJOR streaming service such as Amazon Instant Video. I thought about returning the tv, but the return period had ended. The tv is great nonetheless; Samsung not including AIV in this model, from a consumer's point of view and a techie's POV, is blasphemous. It stopped working within three months! when I power on the tv, I listen to a continuous tick, tick sound from the back and no pic display.
