Mac has a problem with the airport. AllsShare function does not work with a Mac. It seems a little slow to boot and buffering Youtube. Have not tried Netflix. I've never done Samsung 3D HDTV with one show or movie without the unit freezing. The only thing I could do after what happened, was to disable the device, as none of the buttons on the device or the remote will work. I am selling Samsung major appliances and really like them so much I bought the player without hesitation. I was very disappointed and sorry that I did more research. I'm much happier with the LG unit I replaced it.
